The Payroll Department works closely with the Human Resources Department, the schools, and departments to ensure accuracy of pay rates, time and attendance, and all other employee information related to payroll.

The Payroll Department is responsible for issuing paychecks to all district employees every two weeks, issueing over 1,150 paychecks each pay-period. The payroll technician is responsible for processing time and attendance for over 500 classified employees subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act. The payroll manager administers payments for all certified, administrative, and exempt employees. It is our goal to issue payments promptly and accurately and assist all employees in understanding their paycheck.
