Creighton Employee Benefits

As a full-time contract employee, Creighton School District will pay for 100% of your medical coverage with Aetna HMO, 100% of your dental coverage with Employers Dental Services (EDS), and life insurance at 1 times your salary.

Dependent Coverage

Dependent coverage offered at an additional cost to the employee. Refer to rate sheet to determine monthly rates. Do you need family coverage?

Insurance Effective Date

Your insurance begins on the first of the following month based on your hire date. (Ex: An employee hired in July shall be covered effective August 1 with completion of enrollment forms.)

Additional Benefits

If eligible, you may purchase short-term disability insurance, voluntary life insurance for you and your dependents, and flexible spending accounts for out-of-pocket medical/dental and child care expenses.
