The parents at Creighton School are involved in many ways – both formally and informally.
Formally: Participation on our Site Team/ School Improvement Team where parents are involved with the details of our school improvement or school wide plan – the what, why and how we are moving students forward. This team also addresses neighborhood issues that impact our students. We hold quarterly Parent Academies on testing data, learning strategies, school and neighborhood issues.
Grade level meetings and Conferences bring Parent – Teachers - Students together to discuss academic growth.
Informally parents are engaged through Communication Coffee times, parent training opportunities, work with Valley Interfaith Project and an Administrative Open Door policy.
Parents are critical to the learning process. At Creighton School we work together to achieve success.
