Summer EBT(P-EBT) provides assistance to households with children who are eligible for free or reduced-price school meals while schools are closed during the summer.The Arizona P-EBT Benefits program is a partnership between DES, the Arizona Department of Education, and the USDA Food and Nutrition Service.

To be eligible to receive these benefits students must have a completed lunch application on file with Creighton School District for the 2022-2023 school year AND be approved for free or reduced price benefits. If you have not submitted an application this year please visit family.titank12.com.
